Privacy

Members

A spreadsheet with name and email address, so we can send the programme. That's all. No addresses, no phone numbers, no payment details — season payments are cash or bank transfer and we keep only the amount.

How long

While you're a member and for one season after, in case you come back. Then the row is deleted. Ask us to remove you at any time and it's done the same evening.

Photographs

We occasionally photograph a full room for our own record. We say so on the night, and anyone who would rather not be in it says so and we point the camera elsewhere. These aren't published.

This website

No forms, no accounts, no analytics. Server logs — address, time, page — deleted after seven days. Fonts load from Google's font service, which means a request carrying your IP address goes there. Nothing else third-party is embedded.
